Registration FAQs

Natural Products Expo is a trade show and is not open to the general public. For information on who is eligible and what business proof is acceptable please review our Show Policies and Approved Business Categories.

The cost to attend depends on your business type. Refer to the Badge Registration page for more information.

Education sessions and keynotes are included in you Exhibit Hall pass. Wondering what types of sessions we'll offer in 2025? Check out our On-Demand sessions from this year to get an idea!

Yes. Please review the Child Policy thoroughly. Childcare is available on-site for $35/day through our partner, Kiddie Corp. ALL Childcare and Child badges must be handled at Child Registration. Child badges are available on-site for $55. All children on the trade show floor must have a badge and must be under adult supervision at all times. No one under 18 years of age will be allowed on the show floor during move-in and move-out.

NEW for 2025: we have adjusted the show schedule to fit the needs of our industry! Our goal with this schedule change is to increase ROI for Exhibitors, reduce crowding, allow space for more buyer-only hours, and simplify the product discovery journey! Be sure to review the new schedule below to plan your visit.

*Buyer-only hours include retail buyers, hosted buyers, food service buyers, and health practitioners

Each attendee is permitted to exit the show floor with one sample bag per day. It has been determined from both attendee and exhibitor feedback that one sample bag per day is sufficient enough to bring home product and literature from the show floor. Additional bags will be donated to the local food banks and charities.

For safety reasons, rolling carts, rolling bags, strollers and bags with wheels are not permitted on the show floor during show floor hours, except where such carts or bags are a medical necessity. Numerous bag checks are available throughout the Expo West campus to store these items.

While many speakers like to use handouts, some do not. If the speaker provides a handout to us, it will be available for download after the show.

Closest airports are John Wayne Orange County Airport (SNA), and Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

We typically negotiate discounts with companies to help getting to Anaheim easier! Visit our hotel and flight page closer to the show for more information!

The company handling hotel reservations is onPeak. They provide discounted rooms close to the Anaheim Convention Center (ACC). This service guarantees you a set rate and also puts you in a hotel within walking distance to the ACC or near a free shuttle that will take you there. A list of available hotels will be provided on our Hotel and Flight page as we get closer to the show!

To request a visa letter you must first register to attend Natural Products Expo West. During your registration you can request a visa letter that is available to download on the registration confirmation page. If you have any questions regarding your visa letter, click here.

Exhibiting and Sponsorship FAQs

If you are considering cancelling your participation please contact your Account Manager directly. 

An account manager can be contacted directly to assist you with booth selection. If you are a new Exhibitor click here. We will assign booths first-come, first-served. An annual Beacon Discovery subscription is included with your booth costs. CPG products shoudl be uploaded before the show for maximum visibility by attendees.

Sampling is a critical and core component of Natural Products Expo and we work closely with local authorities to ensure we’re able to sample in a safe and productive manner.

If you are conducting open sampling in your booth, you are required to adhere to the protocols outlined on the Sampling Regulations. For more information please reference the Exhibitor Service Kit in your Exhibitor Console or email Client Services.
